Sneaker Con, widely known as The Greatest Sneaker Show on Earth, makes its foray into Southeast Asia. Sneaker Con SEA will debut at the Singapore Expo in April 2023, before making its way across the region for a wide variety of communities to experience the immersive world of sneakers and street culture.
Since its inception in 2009, Sneaker Con’s goal has always been to expand the sneaker community by designing a dedicated marketplace for sneakerheads to talk shop, show off their collections and make trades. Sneaker Con has since celebrated the love for rare designs, coveted drops, and grail-worthy releases by holding over 100 events in over 40 cities around the globe. With the inaugural Sneaker Con SEA taking place in Singapore, the high-octane event aims to attract sneakerheads from around Southeast Asia and bridge the gap between regional and global brands and designers.
“Every Sneaker Con has a different essence to it and serves a different purpose. We are focused on building the community and developing a culture in Southeast Asia. The first Sneaker Con SEA in Singapore is going to be the beginning of a Southeast Asian journey for us and the community out there. We are going to bring influencers, creators and most importantly the sneaker community together for this special occasion, and it’s going to be wild,” adds Alan Vinogradov, Sneaker Con co-founder.
